Boss is the head of the gangster family. There are a dozen of more or less influential families, whose heads are the nominal leaders of the Syndicate. In fact, each of the bosses doesn't care about opinion of the others and acts in the interests of his own family. Only the true rulers of the Syndicate - influential ''sponsors'', whose money is invested in criminal business - can force families to act together. However none of the boss would never admit that he obeys someone. Perhaps it's true that hoodlums from the Syndicate appreciate gold above all, but their respect doesn't belong to the rich, but to the strong - and the bosses are undoubtedly those whom criminals respect the most.

* vulnerable for impact, blade and arcane damage.

Damage type: Blade
* effective against units without armor, especially against woses.
* less effective against skeletons and trolls.
* uneffective against ghosts and heavy armored units.

Special abilities:
* mafiosi: makes all adjacent ally humans of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level to bring twice more gold with their ''vile'' trait.
* criminal authority: increases damage of adjacent ally criminals by 20% and decreases damage of adjacent enemy criminals by 20%.
* critical hit: when attack hits and inflicts 15 or more damage at a time, opponent loses ability to respond or evade strikes.
