Singing Fury

An old human legend tells about a maiden which was abandonned in the middle of the forest at night. Wolves came and screams could be heard, ravens came and shrieks echoed through the forest. In the end, all animals were gone but the horrible scream could still be heard, and it was only getting stronger and fiercer. Finally a creature came out of the woods. It's body was black and torn apart and at first nobody knew what it was. But as it chanted and came closer the villagefolk recognised the abandonned maiden, covered in bruises and darkness. Her ferocious, yet familiar song was the last thing they heard before being swallowed in the darkness as well.

Singing Furies share some similarities with this cursed maiden. Unlike most hybrids, their body cannot be well seen or perceived for they are engulfed in permanent darkness. But those who hear their song seem to percieve in them something familiar, yet terrific. Singing Furies embody the worst nightmares of their ennemies, and fight with unending rage till they have triumphed over their preys. Their ability to cast despair in the hearths of the living is unrivaled. When they appear you can be sure the Keymedian isn't far away.

Special Notes: Whenever its berserk attack is used, this unit continues to push the attack until either it or its enemy lies dead.
