More experienced officers have a wider range of tactics to draw upon. Highland Lieutenants are fierce warriors as well as leaders and feel much more comfortable on the battlefield than the uncertain grounds of the royal courts.

Special Notes: The leadership of this unit enables adjacent units of the same side to deal more damage in combat, though this only applies to units of lower level. The steadiness of this unit reduces damage from some attacks, but only while defending.
