Goblins who manage to survive their first few battles equip themselves with a long spear to compensate for their short reach, and better armor to guard their diminutive frames.

Swamp-dwelling goblins enjoy slightly improved defense in swamp and shallow waters but do less well in hills and mountains.

Special Notes: The length of this unit’s weapon allows it to strike first in melee, even in defense.
